3. Order and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website using secure payment options.

  • We accept online payments through debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available gateways.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Customers choosing Cash on Delivery are required to pay ₹100 in advance as a confirmation fee.

  • The remaining amount will be paid at the time of delivery.

  • The advance is non-refundable in case of order cancellation after dispatch.

  • Failure to pay the advance will result in automatic cancellation of the COD order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, usually within 5-7 business days.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items with original tags.

  • Items on sale or purchased during promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return and subject to return policy rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the UrbanPB website – including logos, designs, images, and text – is the property of UrbanPB and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
