1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Free from any damage, stains, or odor
Note: Items bought during sales, discounts, or special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at sales@urbanpb.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions.
- You can choose to send the item back yourself or request a pickup (if available in your area).
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong products.
3. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be transferred via bank/UPI after confirmation.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, customers are required to pay ₹100 in advance as a confirmation fee.
- This amount is non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery.
- If a COD order is returned after successful delivery, the refund will exclude the ₹100 advance.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size/style is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
